Used farmstead in Monínec

 We participated in the project already during the design phase when partitions, the fireplace, and installations were being solved. During construction, structural elements, doors, floor coverings, and materials were specified. For example, Heraklit in its original color is used for the wall cladding around the fireplace and television, and the walls in the study and adjoining spaces are made of gray Cetris. The investors were open to ideas, allowing us to delve into a darker color palette and work with black, which we also used on the ceilings in the bathrooms, or large surfaces of laminate imitating Cor-Ten steel and copper. House Hradec Králové

 In this project, we participated in the reconstruction of a house from the 1920s, including the modification of the layouts of individual apartments, the solution for the elevator and mailboxes, and we addressed the windows throughout the house. We selected the materials and color schemes for the elevator, railings, bathrooms, and floor coverings and doors. Show detail Apartment Prosek

Apartment Prosek

 A new apartment in Prague's Prosek district was furnished for rent to a discerning tenant. The floors, tiles, and bathroom were original. It was therefore necessary to color-coordinate the interior to respect the already installed materials. We atypically extended the kitchen into the space in a single line and concealed a fold-out sofa with a full-sized mattress behind it. We integrated the extractor hood into the plasterboard suspended ceiling, which visually separates the kitchen from the living area. The striking mustard color on the living room wall and the cowhide rug on the floor are notable features. Show detail House Račice

House Račice

 Complete reconstruction of the ground floor of the house, change in room layout and partitions, entirely new staircase solution, complete realization of interior furniture, floor coverings, doors, lighting, and textiles. Originally, the house completely lacked an entryway; the entrance to the living room and the stairs was right behind the door. The kitchen was enlarged to accommodate a large dining table. The flooring features bamboo wooden floors and large-format tiles. Most of the furniture is custom-made in atypical designs, and the kitchen is Rational. Show detail Family House Stodůlky

 Reconstruction of a family house with a change in room layout, modifications and adjustments to partitions, and the use of individual rooms. Complete designs and selection of materials to be used, solution for suspended ceilings in the kitchen and living room. Assistance with the exterior, its color scheme, and the use of materials. Realization of bathrooms, wooden floors, glass elements, complete furniture, and decorations. Very kind and pleasant cooperation with the client's personal approach. Studio Apartment Nusle 2

 Complete reconstruction of a small apartment in Prague. We demolished unnecessary partitions, replaced the windows with new wooden ones, and restored the original material to the floors: oak planks. Due to the complicated shape of the apartment, solving the bathroom was a challenge. We copied one of the rounded walls and translated the curve into glass blocks (luxfers) that form the shower enclosure. Given the size of the apartment and the need for space saving, a fold-down bed with a full-sized mattress is used. Balsa wood light fixtures, a colorful dandelion wallpaper, and witty wooden hangers in the entryway give the apartment an original character. Show detail Family House Kunratice

Family House Kunratice

 We started working on the family house project during the design phase. We slightly modified the layout; the staircase shaft was reduced to create a larger space for the living room with the kitchen. On the upper floor, there is now a sufficiently large utility room where the washing machine also fits. The floors in the house feature ceramic tiles and a wooden floor in walnut. The interior doors and most of the furniture are custom-made according to the design. Realization of the children's rooms, study, kitchen, and bathrooms, partially the living room, and the complete entryway. We participated in the design of the facade solution, mainly regarding the use of stone and plaster. Show detail
