Cooperation with the investor started already during the house project phase and the pouring of the foundation slab. The documentation lacked solutions for the winter garden, terrace, and communication zone, and the internal layout of the house was modified so that everything worked and suited the use of the house by a family with children. We cooperated intensively with the construction team and the craftsmen who participated in the realization. The interior of the house is unified by a walnut wood floor; the self-supporting staircase is made of the same material, featuring a stainless steel side plate into which a glass railing is integrated—the stairs are the dominant feature of the living space. The walls feature wallpapers, color pigments, or techniques with wax and mother-of-pearl. The bathrooms have wooden floors made of teak wood, and the walls are combined: tiled with ceramics and painted using a waxed painting technique. All furniture except the kitchen is custom-made according to the design, specifically for the family's needs, using materials that interweave throughout the entire house. The entire project was realized, including lighting, textiles, and flowers.
